Samantah Moore Age 26
Tonight was my night out after a long week of work. A release of sorts, as I was to meet a couple girlfriends for drinks and clubbing. It was not something I did often, ok I never did. Work is what I did, and family. No I was not married, I was the fun aunt to my sisters kids. Yet after an hour of waiting, it was now nearly 10pm and no sign of my friends, damn them I though, after texting, she sent me a message we are across the street at the corner bar.
I paid my tab, at the place I was at. It was dead anyway. As I stood at the corner, there was the bar I was leaving and one on each of the other corners, why couldn't she just have told me. I picked the one I thought, kitty corner. The corner to my left looked more dreary and drab, so I opted, to cross to my right first, the place did not look like my scene yet, at least it was crowded and a bit safer maybe. I waited, to cross, clutching my small purse, after a couple martinini's my steps where shorter as I tried to balance in the unfamilier heels. That and this short dress, I was outside my comfort zone.
Finally accross the line wrapped back about 50 pople as I neared the entrance the man at the door smiled, and unbuckled the velvet rope. "Hey sexy, you'll enjoy it here, girls like you drink free" He smiled, hearing the music, the place looked alive. Why not I said to myself, unsure why. As he closed the rope behind me his hand grazed my ass, which I thought was unintentional.
Upon entering I stood in awww, it was like no place I had ever seen in my life. I gotta get out of here.
