Just got this in an email from a friend, and it's the damnedest thing.

1) Sit in a chair.
2) Lift your right foot from the floor.
3) Make clockwise circles with your right foot.
4) While doing so, draw a "6" in the air with your right hand.
5) Try to prevent your foot from changing direction.

It's ridiculous how hard that is. Even when you have four feet!

Maybe that's your problem. You don't have any hands to follow the directions. Still wanna mock humans? I must admit that your ability to type with only hooves is rather impresive, but when it comes to stupid human tricks I'm afraid your just not up to par.

Horses know clockwise from anti-clockwise! I am truly impressed ;)

Yes, but we have difficulty telling time. As Rikaaim points out, we have no hands, so the whole "big hand on the six, little hand by the four" thing is just that much harder to figure out.

To most normal people..........but you watch....I betcha some smart alec will post on here that they can do it.

Okay I tried, and 4 out of 5 times I could do it........... though just to check I tried it with my left side and not a hope. So does that make me special or just freaky? :)

Well we all need a few moments of specialness. :D

I've been wasting a bit more time on this..... like I had anything better to do...... and I can officially say my husband can't do it, though now he's very busy humming spooky, alien music every time he walks past. Does anyone have a big stick I can borrow for a minute?

Not if you make your 6s in a clockwise fashion -- starting low. :D (That IS the way I typically write them.)

The point of it is, doing it as instructed, it is physically IMPOSSIBLE to do. The brain will not allow it to happen. roflmfao... I love to watch people try though.

i wont fall for your petty tricks... i know its all a plot to...sumphin...
yeah, well, im not fallin for it, see?

There's nothing in the instructions that says HOW to make your 6. I just did it the way I normally do (although I typically "draw" 6s on paper instead of in the air).

Didn't have any problem with it at all.

Except for looking silly. But I can live with that.

Yes, yes, beautiful one.

Just fall for the nice horsey instead.

It sounds like the sort of thing that would be really hard to do with a cat curled up on your lap. I'll have to try it later.

And here I thought you were a cat curled up on someone's lap.

That was fun. I felt like a foolish noodle trying it, which is always important.

Can you twiddle your thumbs in opposite directions?

I guess that's where digital donkeys have an edge?
