It refers to bitchslapping. It has nothing to do with "slapping bitches." In other words, slapping in the manner of a bitch or slapping as a bitch would slap (either a male or female bitch).

And if the word "bitch" is hateful to women, then is the word "prick" hateful to men or is the word "asshole" hateful towards anuses? Of course not.
