You think what is being told about a person in their biography is 70% correct (or better)?

We all tend to lie about our age, but are the authors even M or F then?

Bill

I don't have the desire or the time to investigate everyone on the board.
Just make me laugh and cum; not necessarily simultaneously.

Yes...I am 43 F...any takers?
Biography?...think I'm slacking.

My biography is intentionally misleading. I was once a porn star, and if anyone knew that the THEN me is now the NOW me, I'd be plagued with requests for autographs and "How do you do that thing, that made Teri Weigel scream like that?" and I'd forever be answering pm's.

Truth is just inconvenient when people can't mind their own damned business ;)

And I could NEVER tell them I knew how you did it.

I really am a good little witch. I really do have a squadron of Flying Monkeys at my beck and call. {Well, except for that one who's taken up residence under Cloudy's bed.} I really do float around in a sparkly bubble.

People in the porn business are deliberately ambiguous for good reasons. I consider myself an erotica writer, but the person wanking in front of the screen doesn't consider me that. He/she considers me a porn writer, and presumably someone who wrote the story in question to provide a very specific result (read: orgasm). So, I like to keep my bio pretty vague. It's kind of like strippers never tell you their real names. They don't want you following them home of a night....

I'm forbidden by the Official Secrets Act from revealing half my life, so I don't think I'll bother . . .

(ha ha ha ha)

Don't forget. There is no time limitation on the Official Secrets Act. Once covered by it, you're always covered by it.

Og, a fellow sufferer.

Those monkeys of yours get up to no good, you know.

I've actually been surprised (and disappointed, at times) by the varying levels of dishonesty here. I guess I forget that we're not all friends with the same values/wants/expectations.

To my knowledge, I've never lied about who I am, re age, gender, marital status, or really anything. I'm entirely too honest, esp since it's easy to be on the internet, just as it's easy to be dishonest.

As far as my biography here or anywhere else, what you see is what you get. I'm me. How could i be anyone else?

As for others, i take them at face value until proven otherwise. Sometimes that's easy to do and sometimes, not so much.

The profile does not update itself. I was 49 for 3 years, but managed to remain M the entire time.

How does the veracity of the biography affect the quality of the writing?

I have never lied about my age. I have forgotten my age, or been confused about it, or joked about being ridiculously old, or lied about my age, but I have never been a communist.

Lie about my age, Why?........it took me too long to get here....and there are so many better things to lie about.;)
