Yeah, I know I don't know you much but I was just noting that I hadn't seen your lively name 'round these parts lately. So what's up?

I haven't had a lot of time to post lately due to work commitments...thats the bummer about owning your own business its sort of hard to take a 'sickie'...lol But tomorrow is Saturday, that means I can post all night!

And there's one way to get to know someone and thats to say Hi.

I do know the busy days. I've been in a few of them myself of late. I manage to steal an hour here or there to see who out her in Lit land either loves or hates me, but mostly, I'm in the same boat as you.

You won't believe me but I'm in construction! (and thats all I can say on the matter.....would hate to 'bump' into one of my clients.....guess I should have thought about that before posting my photo as an av huh?)..

I try never to be surprised by what anyone does for a living. I will say, though, that knowing you posted here, it'd probably make me more inclined to seek out your business, if for no other reason than I'd get more frequent contact with you. Your photo, modified though it is, simply makes you more appealing to us all.

Just a note, though, when someone says, kind of nebulously, that they're in "construction", it usually involves large Italian men and unfortunate victims dumped into drying rebar.

On the whole posting thing, I just figure myself for the occasional amusing posts. I don't aspire to much at all.

Just a note, though, when someone says, kind of nebulously, that they're in "construction", it usually involves large Italian men and unfortunate victims dumped into drying rebar.

I guess you could say that some of the men on site are 'perks' of the job! I'd have to pass on the dead ones though.....its just not my thing..lol
