Anyways here it is: He's lying, and he knows it. He knows you can code an API into a browser. He knows what MS did took the legs out of Netscape wrongly, and he knows that comparing it to the Print Manager is a completely stupid metaphor.

Bill has no morals, business men, (some) have no morals when it comes to making the bottom line look better. So do what you have to, kill or be killed. If you dont' make that dollar, someone else will. etc. etc.
