Will Carnegie's old skool, generous-BARON style fully hit those two? I saw that Gates' foundation is donating $100million to fight AIDs in India. Bill Gates: Good for India- Bad for Africa.

(He offered the Nambia dept. of Education a deal- two thousand dollars worth of MS Office (about four copies really) as long as they buy nine thousand dollars worth of windows licenses.)

Yeah, but it's universally accepted that the entire continent of Africa is a black hole. India is and can continue to be useful. He has motives but you gotta take the dishwater with the dishes.
