Show where I questioned the courts' decision.
It's based on a technical agreement, not incidentally, not on whether the crimes were committed or not, which puts your thread completely out of context and applicability.

The — common — practice of punishing people who maintain their innocence more severely because they didn’t show “remorse” is barbaric. It’s not about justice, it’s about demanding submission.

Cosby is a rapist. Nothing in this decision undoes the evidence.
It was a procedural mistake (a huge one)on the part of the prosecutors that denied him due process. So he goes free...a rapist.
This is how our system is intended to work...when huge mistakes are made folks go free, innocent or guilty becomes immaterial to the process...which is designed to protect us all.

He was wrongly prosecuted, not wrongly convicted. He admitted the charges and more. You are backing a serial rapist. No surprise in that.

Good Law, Bad Justice: But the Law has to prevail. Some good may come of it in that courts might be more reluctant to approve 'plea deals' when their is clear evidence of criminality.
