No FUCKING kidding. Everything is either too tight (ok, i cant complain about that, shows off my muscles, but still...) or too wide, which makes me look like a slob.

Bigger guys are nicer because we we don't face as much violence, real or perceived, as others.

Just a theory....but most guys my size and bigger rarely if ever get in fights.

I also, in my experience, have observed that big men will look beyond the wrapping and see the individual underneath very quickly.


Perhaps, because they want the same courtesy extended to them?

I don't know....


But of late, it is the bigger guy with love handles who grabs my attention

Right on...i've been in a few fights...mainly i break them up...i'm honestly just a big teddy bear...i think we all are. A cop once called me Baby Huey...horrible, just horrible.

Who's going to really challenge you? At least not without a weapon? A tall guy is usually formidable enough to thwart confrontation just by virtue of being tall. Drunk little Napoleon-complex guys only challenge them when they are too inebriated to think straight and/or get a surge of testosterone and have a masochistic streak...



Seriously though, I recently went out with someone a few times who is 6'7 1/2 and probably the gentlest man I've ever met. I talked to him this morning and he had a cold and did not sound tough at all, made me want to nuture and take care of him until he was all better.

Most guys that I've met who are over 6'3 usually turn out to be complete teddy bears.

This is probably true. From personal experience when you're big, you learn early on that normal play to us hurts other people. You learn to be very gentle, and it stays with you. It's ironic to me that just today i was expressing to someone how giving your heart to another leaves you feeling vulnerable, as a big guy thats not an easy feeling to deal with

Hey some of us big under 6' men aren't so bad either..

I actually got told I wasn't "that big" after I was bitching about a shirt not fitting me right. 5' 10 1/2 and 250 lbs .. After I told this one girl that she keeps telling me I'm lieing and that I'm not really 250.

Never got into fights myself .. I've been told the fact my shoulders are very broad and square (and hard as a rock.. it's painful to have deep massages) is kind of imposing even if the rest of my frame isn't.
