It's a big complicated problem that really Isn't all their fault but part of being in the oval office is getting blamed when things go wrong as if you're the captain of the titanic steering the ship towards the iceberg.
It’s a terrible cabinet and senior staff across the board. Economy, transportation, energy, foreign policy, DOJ, communications…absolutely abysmal on every major front. Led by a feeble old man that his own party is losing faith in.

The polls themselves say they are gauging the "approval" and "disapproval" of Joe Biden. I don't see the terms "dissatisfaction" or "satisfaction" used in any of the methodology or in the titles of the polls. Yes, people are obviously dissatisfied with Joe Biden and his administration but the polls are tracking his "approval" and "disapproval" numbers.
