The first contact with Hunter was made on December 4th 2013 when he arrived with his father for an official visit with Xi.

Whether anything criminal happened before January 1st 2014 is a matter for investigation but it is possible. Xi and VP Biden met on an official visit in 2011 and two years later Xi greeted him as ‘my old friend’.

If a criminal conspiracy began during these previous meetings the pardon would not cover these wrongdoings.

In Chapter 21, on 12 th April 2019, Hunter took three laptops for repair.

Mr Mac Isaac returned one as water damaged and beyond repair. A second just needed a new keyboard. The laptop from hell was retained.

It is also disclosed that in August 2018 on a bender in Las Vegas, Hunter claimed to have had a computer stolen by his drug dealers. But this could be the water damaged laptop since he had a habit of passing out in his bath.

So in a period of nine months Hunter operated at least three and possibly four computers. Who knows what was on those ‘lost’ machines. It is entirely plausible that data from a period before January 2014 could be found.

Not the first thread but here goes...

I expected him to pardon his son. I've raised a kid, I know that you will do any and everything for them. They are precious and should be protected, they are the future, our legacy.

He lied about it. Of course he did. I knew it at the time, what's the standard? Oh yeah, He's a politician! We put him between a rock and a hard place, a place I must mention as brought upon the family by the corruption of the father, but we do not seek retribution through family (although I now make exception for the iSlammers). In fact, we rewarded his corruption and idiocy just because he wasn't Trump (and then we tried to do the same thing for the Vice-President, clearly another ... "id lightweight."

Hunter's life is in ruins and he will never recover. Joe is dying. It would just be revenge, needless revenge, we took of that at the ballot box, small and mean. Joe wanted one thing in his life, he got it. That is all he ever cared about. We cannot punish him, he's not there. Dave's not here Man! Hunter is going to continue to live his life in a special hell of his own making.

Move ON.

Let's add one more thing, a thought that keeps escaping me, but, he lost the good son, the legacy son, his hopes and dreams for the future of the family.

Again. He's dying. His legacy? He got what he coveted and that is how he will remember himself.

Why flagellate a deceased equine? Give him the "win."

Talk about a self confession that DOJ is weaponized (Note – not saying “has been”). Blanket pardons just scream guilt and taint the administration to Teapot Dome Scandal levels. This might be a time to consider doing a Democrat thing: ignore history and deem Presidential Pardons for un-convicted criminals moot as we did for Judicial filibustering. Maybe, the Democrats have yet to learn, institutionally, the price of misappropriating the People’s Government to create an Oligarchy of the Connected Elite.

Trump didn't JUST get done promising over and over again that he wouldn't pardon the people from his policies being enforced. He did exactly what he said he would and he never pardoned any self inflicted wounds.

Biden did promise he wouldn't pardon his son from his DOJ's prosecution of his policy. Like the lying partisan hypocrite that they always accuse Trump of being. Biden set up all his own landmines, forgot where they were and then proceeded to step on every fuckin' one of them.

It's not selective outrage, it's a different situation altogether.
