Looks like sections of Build Back Better will pass even though the rest of the bill is in trouble. Education and worker compensation will pass through. In spite of the dissatisfaction the people have with Biden, it is still way higher than with 45.

Some progress is being made. All presidents seem to have significant lulls in popularity around this point in their presidency.

I actually don't care how popular any President is...I want results and Biden is actually delivering them unlike his predecessor who was just and orange dust devil on issues.

Well, it is good to have alternative views of reality
and hope for change...

Keep the dream alive!

Washington Football Team fans always say, "At least we aren't as bad and the Giants!"

...

Store shelves are bare, not all the time, but did you ever see that under The Donald? Did you ever walk into a store, fuming because Trump had been mean to Rosie O’Donnell on Twitter, and see the aisles bereft of salad and milk? No.

Did it cost you $75 bucks to fill up your sedan, like it did me in LA the other day? No.

Did inflation hit 7% under Trump? Did your pay get cut 7% under Trump? Nah. But no mean tweets, right? That’s worth 7% of your dough, right?

The pandemic is still here. Who had more people buy the farm from COVID, Trump or Grandpa Badfinger? I thought the rule was that if they die on your watch, they’re your fault. Looks like now they are going to solve that awkward problem by stopping counting. Weren’t we were informed by all the smart people that the crusty candidate was going to make the bad virus go away? It has not gone away. And, according to the rules that were in effect as long as the rules hurt Trump, now Biden is literally Jeffrey Dahmer and personally responsible for everyone who has expired under his shaky, inept rule.

Hunter’s Pappy promised a return to normalcy. The regime media promised a return to normalcy. This current state of affairs is a lot of things, but normal is not one of them.

But as I predicted this weekend, the Democrats, faced with miserable election prospects
and about to spike the ball and declare that they have won the war on Covid
(even as a new wave is sweeping our nation, China and Europe, etc.)
and on Feb 2, they're even going to stop counting deaths
(because Biden has already surpassed Trump),

BUT HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!

I gotta disagree with Kurt:

"Store shelves are bare, not all the time, but did you ever see that under The Donald?"
.....yes....the bare shelves were way worse and the cost of building materials and other supplies quadrupled in price under 45 for months.
He gave some states a tax benefit and no one seems to remember the spike in gas prices about the same time as what Joe is facing (9 months to a year in). Fuel prices spiked erasing all the tax benefits and gains in the pocket

Kurt has a short memory. Both Presidents we're/are facing significant issues.

Yeah...

I found it really hard to walk into the box store and buy my aluminum in bulk...

Remember energy independence and low prices?

I put off doing my roof last year...I'm now ready to by the sheathing at normal prices again.

Remind me again who was President last year when you couldn't buy lumber at "normal prices"?

Talks have already begun on a new version of BBB. The new BBB would keep existing military and domestic programs funded through this fall, possibly with a ban on federal funding for abortions.

I doubt that. Trump tariffs hit certain sectors and left others unaffected
whereas the great Covid inflation/popularity buyout is across all sectors.

The American Pravda steps in to prop up their Pino whose numbers are really around 33% and dropping.

Let them. They're doing their best Jim Marshall impression.
