Is it possible for the New York AG to have integrity and file charges against Cuomo rather than protect her own? Or would she rather Cuomo decline to resign and have this fuss die down in a couple of days, just like Ralph (Mr. Blackface) Northam played it in Virginia?

That would have been under Trump for starters and Trump's handling was SO bad that even if you think Coumo's move wasn't the best that could be made with the available information that's still not something to resign over.
