I wouldn't want to tell a master or mistress how to train their sissynoi, but IMHO a master/mistress should train a sissyboi to admire them not fear them, so you need to train like you would train a puppy, with a gentle hand, small corrections and lots of petting and praise, not with slapping and shouting.

You wouldnt want your pet to cower in fear when you went to pet them.
