Chase Matthews and Kayla Donovan are not a very good fit. That would not mean much to either of them as they did not speak to each other. They moved in different circles. She is a cheerleader with a jock boyfriend. Chase is not exactly a nerd but not a jock either. Both had been happy to keep walking their separate ways. When Chase's dad Will met Kayla's mom Erica all changed though. They fell in love and Erica and Kayla moved in, with Will and Chase, two months after that love affair had started.
They have lived together in the Matthews house now for a week. Much to the envy of Chase's friends. Chase was not so happy about the arrangement himself. It was one thing to share home with one of Beverly Hills Highs hottest girls. The lack of privacy was another.
Chase and his friend Ben was eating their lunch in the cafeteria. Chase was getting a little annoyed as Ben keep staring at the cheerleaders at another table. Kayla are sitting with her friends and Chase hate that Ben drool over her.
"Give it a rest." He groan.
"She's so hot." Ben say with a happy smile. "You are so lucky."
Chase watch his friend in disbelief.
"Lucky? She have a boyfriend and is a cheerleader. How the hell do that make me lucky?"
Chase look over to Kayla and her girlfriends. He did not feel lucky. He was a guy after all. Watching Kayla in her skimpy outfits at home wasn't luck. It was torture. He sigh and let Ben get back to his staring.
