It's usually quite easy to tell nowadays. For one thing, they're not shooting for realistic-looking boobs at all anymore. They go for these perfectly globular shape rather than a more natural teardrop shape. The biggest giveaway though is that most of the models are so thin that there's not layer of fat to soften the appearance around their breasts, so you can see precisely where the bag is under their skin.

That's why I never want to get implants. I just don't like that unnatural look and I'd bet that most of the surgeons wouldn't have a clue as to how to make them look realistic now. I love women too but I really prefer a more natural look overall instead of these unrealistic shapes and proportions that models and actresses have these days.

I've always thought Selma Hayek has the best breasts ever!...it doesn't hurt that she's a gorgeous Latina that only seems to get better with age! Lol
