Realistic Seduction

Generally, the type of story I prefer is of a cheating wife. I like the idea of a happily married wife who is slowly seduced and gives into temptation semi unwillingly.

I'm with you on this one. Especially if the seduction seems real. In other words, it takes something extraordinary to move most women to have sex with someone other than her husband (unless, of course, he is totally inadequate for her emotionally.) Situations where the wife is having dinner with hubby and a co-worker and the co-worker puts his hand on her leg and she doesn't object, is just not realistic.

So, fellow authors, work hard on the realism aspects please. In return, I'll try to write stories worth reading!

I think it depends how active hubby's participation is. Does he get off? If so, does he do it himself or does wife help?

I have to agree with Wanton and Wet, what is up with all the negative feedback for the LW stories? I started to put comments in the header, stating again that this is a lw type story and if you dont like married women being shared then dont read the story.

I have no problem, and really appreciate when someone takes the time to give me honest feedback, and I make an effort to email that person back.....

Ok, i've written a few cuckold type stories....but those stories were reality based. some men do enjoy watching and being submissive.

for me, i love an honest loving type story. every man loves to share his wife with her best friend (fmf). I honst belive that there are other women out there that love the mfmm type story to be the center of attention and worshiped.....

The wife goes home, giving her husband a great blowjob. She doesn't tell him about the $200 she made learning how to give head.

I'm with you 100% If you look at all the LW stories, a very high % deal with wife sharing. This is what is written and many of us like to read them. There are some categories I don't read at all b/c it doesn't trip my trigger. Others need to realize that LW is what it is and avoid it if that bothers them (ie., just change the channel!)

So, IMO - The flamers should have their bile eliminated by Lit.

I genuinely think it's fear, I mean if you watch/read fiction you're automatically going to apply your own experiences/feelings to it. It doesn't matter if it's erotica, harry potter, star wars or sesame street - people will always relate what happens back to their own life.

With the whole Loving Wives angle - people don't like the thought that their "other" might step out on them, even though it's fiction. You'll notice that most flames aren't criticisms of the story - they're simply bashing the very ideas put forth in the stories.

"How can the man/woman not find out, this is absurd!"
"What a slut, she deserves this & that!"
"How can she have sex with his best friend, that's so unrealistic!"

They act like this stuff doesn't happen in real life - and then project that into their reviews, which doesn't make sense. I'm against adultery/lying/cheating as much as anyone - but a good story is a good story. I'm against the mafia too but I watch and love the Sopranos, I bought the Godfathers.

Good stories are good stories - and criticizing a story is one thing, but as we all know, they generally don't do that. They just attack the writer.

My only question is - why the hell do they read these kinds of stories anyway? You already know, going in, that somebody's going to cheat or that the boundaries of marriage will be expanded so why enter. It's like being opposed to horror movies yet renting Nightmare on Elm Street, only to later complain that the story was, in fact, about horror

haven't you ever had a tooth pulled, or had a sore spot in your mouth... and been unable to stop putting your tongue there, over and over... even though it hurt? I think it's kind of like that... these are usually people who HAVE been hurt... and they keep returning to the wound again and again... it feels so bad that it feels good, if that makes any sense...

I dig these too. My new one will be out next week and deals with this. I hate the flamers as well (and have met many of them). My story 'After The Fact' has comments that go from 5 (This was the best story ever) to 1 (You are a sick fuck and should die), then back to 5. I never took any of them down, it's pretty hysterical to look at.

The earlier poster who talked about men being angry over being hurt was dead-on. I've received numerous emails from guys telling me horror stories (ones that would be termed ridiculous if I put them in a story). I can understand why they react so vehemently, although I wish they could just say "I didn't like how you worked that out, but you're writing was all right" or whatever. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because I keep posting stories there (three already and another one in the works). However, that category really should have a warning label. I was shocked when I released a Romance story and received almost all postitive comments.
