Why should the so-called stars get all the accolades? $30 million per film isn't enough? What about that guy over there, the one who looks like he hasn't been standing in that same spot for 32 takes? Yes, that guy, the one who desperately needs to pee but can't until they remove the Orc crotch prosthesis that took four hours to apply? He made the whole scene click.

I'm trying to decide between the CGI Brachiosaurus appearing on the side of a building in 'Lost in Translation' and Orc#4217 in 'The Return of the King'.

What about Dude Who Walked By And Manage To Not Stare In Horror At Charlize Theron Looking Really Fugly in 'Monster'? Don't forget Dude Who Walked By. That was a splendid performance.

Got the screener copy. Very good movie.

I can't believe you haven't mentioned Third Cap From The Right Waiting In Queue To Cross The Street in... well, in EVERY film!

There were anyone else than Harry Potter in that film?

I only had eyes for Harry...

I think those 2-month old babies who play newborns all covered in mucus and blood deserve mention. It must be awfully difficult looking like a blank slate by that age.

Shame Harry's still only 13 in the released films!!!!

And what about:

"Guy in crowd, 3rd from left, arm in arm with girl"

He'll get a shag tonight!!!!

You can't be serious. #4217 was lucky to even be nominated. When the DVD comes out, look closely at a freeze-frame of the pillaging scene. In the upper left quadrant of the screen you can clearly see #4217 putting out a cigarette. He destroyed the integrity of the film for me.

Ha! Thanks P, I needed the chuckle.

Perdita, you don't watch TV. So you probably won't remember Skippy the Stunt Baby from the old Saturday Night Live. When there was a violent scene in a film featuring an infant, tough little Skippy would be brought in as the stunt double. Quite the trooper.

I think he has been surpassed by Buddy Lee in the Lee's Jeans commercials. There is a real trouper, never afraid to get blown up, run over, eaten by lions or whatever else it takes.:D

What about that cat that drove? What was its name? Toodles?

How about all of the extras in Braveheart who showed the world what was under the back of their kilts?

Skippy the Stunt Baby

No, I don't recall him. I've seen SNL on video though. P.

Never saw the film, CM; now if you told me I could see under the kilts from the front...

I never watched that movie all the way through, so I don't know if you could see under any of them from the front or not...

Wouldn't mind seeing what Mel has under the front of his .

He has a dozen or two kids, doesn't he? So he must spend as much time out of the kilt as in it.

With a kilt on, you don't even have to take it off to have sex :D
