We tend to forget, in this day of antibiotics and miraculous surgical procedures, just how lethal pneumonia is. Bernie is just the latest. Remember Jim Hensen? Even without autoimmune deficiencies it remains a nasty, killing disease. Poor Bernie.

Maintain your diet, exercise and sleep out there, America and assorted places. Tired, hungry and depressed makes you a target.
