Bent or Busted?

My "Bent" Hai-Pu- started out with two votes and an average of 2. Next it got a 4, then another 4 for an average of 3.00. Today it has collapsed to one vote of 3. The number of "Views" has also decreased. How is this possible?
What is going on with the counting/voting software? Isn't about time for the Webmaster/mistress to fix/upgrade the program or to disable voting until they can get around to it? I don't care what average my poems get, but I would like it to be honest, and I don't see how the number of views can diminish.

Also, Re: double entendre - Go read My poem Church Organs. It contains at least three. Do you see them?

Welcome to Double Entendre, where there are at least two sides to every story... and two meanings to every side... if not more.

Altered boys I get – altar boys are altered by priestly appetites, which of course they are not suppose to have, so there are two. The priestly appetites are altered by altar boys and does the boys being altered change the priest’s appetite? That makes four.

I do not fathom the WMD I will admit, so once I know that it will alter my understanding, so that makes 6.

The fact that you got me to go look at your poem a second time and I see it differently now then before makes at least 8.

This morning I noticed that about 6 or 7 of my poems (some older ones) have dropped to 0 votes. And I can't see my poems or anyone else's. I'm just getting a blank page.

For votes and views, I'm sticking to my theory of bit-rot. Those little ones and zeroes can't be expected to last forever.

Now that the actual text is disappearing, I guess I'll add that bits may evaporate too.
