If my face was a little more feminine then I might just make the step and do it. The body is not the very best, but certainly not bad for the job. I have in past years researched and come very close to taking hormones, but that is about as far as I have gone.

Even if I was a little close to female looking, I wouldn't want surgery (except for breasts).... but would so love to be able to live life as a convincing woman.
