How do you keep your bedroom as compared to the rest of your place? Do you keep it cooler or warmer?

Me? Because of my metabolism I have a hard time regulating my body heat. If the temperature in the bedroom is above 70°F I have to have a fan going to keep airflow over me. Below that I use a sheet or maybe a light blanket. It isn't until the air temperature in the bedroom gets down to around 40°F that I need anything more than the light blanket over me.

Now the crazy thing is when I first get up I'm freezing no matter what the temperature is. It can be 80°F+ and I'm still shivering until I wake up completely.

So how do you keep the temperature in your bedroom?

I don't have any control over it. The whole house is on one thermostat :(

I like to sleep in a cold room. Not a chilly room, a cold one. I like sleeping under covers (a sheet is too thin, I need at least one comforter over me), and if the temperature is even a couple degrees above cold I break out into sweats.

However, my computer is in my bedroom, and when I am using that I prefer the temperature to be around 75, so I am usually very warm when I shut down at night and go to bed...

I tend to overheat very easily, and would appear to have a little nuclear furnace going at all times. I usually have one leg thrown out as a heat sink to throw off waste heat.

The Babe, however, is cold most of the time, and prefers it to be 3-5 degrees warmer than I do.

I've got a fan w/remote in my room and I need to use it even in the Winter at times, I can't sleep if it's too hot. I also like to sleep completely under the blankets and so if the room isn't cold to begin with I get very hot very fast.

Lately I haven't had much of a problem though with temps being in the teens every night the past few weeks and also I somehow managed to punch a hole in the wall next to my bed in my sleep a while ago so that lets in cool/cold air right next me.

My SO loves a cool bedroom, open window and a fan. Gets quite chilly in the winter.

Sleeping with her is like sleeping in a wind storm.

Fortunately it seldom gets COLD in La La Land.

I prefer comfortably warm when I sleep alone. Comfortably cool when I sleep with my Sir. I have to have a fan running for white noise to sleep at all times.

I seem to recall that the recommended temperature for a bedroom is about 50 degrees.
I prefer mine cool!
