Yes, she (Anne Hathaway) as Jane Austin is becoming.

Yes, i love sappy chick flicks.
I just saw the movie this weekend. I especially loved the cinematography... everyother scene was a painting. I was tempted to pull out my.... camera just to capture a few.

I did make a quicky sketch afterwards to remind myself... Jane had her hair down... it was a black curtain...

The way they are guarding against pirating, pulling out your camera would have been the worst choice.

Love Anne Hathaway. Have since "Get Real". She's going to be Agent 99 in the new Get Smart. I think she's going to be perfect.

yes, she probably will be perfect.

I dunno... the theater wasn't crowded.. and of course I would not use a flash.
I think I could actually do the deed.

of course, I can always rent the DVD later and just "pause"

Popeye the sailormen?

Actually... this was one of the few times I wasn't really thinking sexually... just aesthetically..... not just Anne Hathaway but the lighting and costuming the atmosphere was yummy!

Of course i have a crush on her... because no one has told me how nasty she is or that she is a lesbinim. ;) because I am not listening... lalalalalalalalalalalalalla

NOT my all-time-favorite... but I liked it.

Naw. If you're watching "Becoming Jane" you're two sensitive, understanding males and women will love you :D

I am quite sure there are other qualifications.

I'm guessing that not too many people saw (or liked ) the movie.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm willing. My wife will think I'm being sweet to go to a "chick movie" (her words for this movie) while I privately will enjoy seeing the lovely Miss Hathaway again.

I don't think a lot of Miss Hathaway as an actress. Now, on the other hand, give me Heath Ledger in "Brokeback Mountain" and we're talking something fabulous. He is gorgeous. And, I'm a lesbian, so the guy reallllly has to have some serious sex appeal to give me second thoughts.

I agree about the "inadequate" acting. I enjoyed the VISUALS mostest, the story second. It was not "great", but I was ceratinly entertained.

I did not see BrokeBack... and would have to look up Heath.

She is one of those actresses who has a niceness shine through that makes you like them, even if they are not sterling actors.

That is true. She has a lickable quality... um.. LIKE-able. :D

I thought it was a movie about a transexual, going from John to Jane. Who knew?

Oooh! I want to see that movie!

Anne Hathaway is lovely. As my eight year old niece would say, "I want to be her!"

:)

As soon as it comes to our theatre Im taking my daughter for a girls night out, even if it's a school night!

Both commented after the first commercial promoting the movie, "That would be a good one to see".

Just waiting...

I heard someone say about the Princess Diaries movies, "There are a lot of movies for me to take my son, but finally, a movie to take my daughter to for a special evening."

Come sit on Daddy's lap, sweety.

It's six AM where you are (or is it five?). Are you still in your nightie?

And now a little something for Throbbs

A photo of Miss Hathway, from the movie Havoc where she plays a naive young girl who gets involved with gang members. But enough about plot, apparently she does a topless scene.

Rated R for strong sexual content, nudity, pervasive language, violence, drug and alcohol use - all involving teens.

Anyone seen it?

Not me. No thanks! Anne nekked or not. I have never liked to mix violence and sex. I HATED Caligula for that reason. Young girls haven't been my thing since Junior High. Even less so since my own daughters are in that range.

(She is absoultely stunning in that picture)

Anne is 25. You were dating 25 year olds in Junior High?

You are my hero
