As the young man started to come to, his eyes feel like the way a ton. One eye starts to creep open while the other, no matter how hard he tries just refuses to stay closed. Just trying to open his eyes gives him so much pain that he almost throws up. He groans as he comes to. As he comes to he sees a pair of large breasts only inches away from his face as a very sexy figure in white bends over him to check his vitals. He tries to will his body to move, but the only result is searing pain throughout his entire body as he shouts in agony. Just then the figure in white put it's hand ever so gently on his shoulder.

'It's okay. Don't try to get up. You're in a hospital.'

Even though the person is hovering inches above him, the voice sounds like it's a mile away. He can barely hear them over the loud ringing in his ears that's giving him even more of a headache. It feels to him like there's something inside his skull banging against it trying to escape. Through his one eye he could see three blurry identical figures. As his vision started to clear, two of the figures were sucked into the to the one in the center, leaving only one.

"Jacob my name is Erica and i am your assigned nurse this gentlmen next to me is doctor Richard gray he operated on you and he has some news for you.

you were hit by a car while you were on your bike, you were rushed to the hospital and were in surgery, for several hours and now that the anesthetic has worn off."

The doctor will give you the run down about your injuries. The doctor looked at the young man and in a very cold and rude manner he gave him the run down.

" Jacob you have one eye that is swollen shut and bandaged but your vision is still intact your hearing is damaged but it is still intact. You also have two broken arms but they will heal but it will take awhile."

"now for the really bad news your back is also broken and you are now paralyzed from the groin down unfortunately the paralysis is permanent."

Then the doctor left the room " I am so sorry that the doctor was so cold to you he is a good surgeon but his beside manner sucks it really sucks."

When the doctor coldly told Jacob that he was now paralyzed, his heart felt as if it fell into his stomach. Before he could respond to his ice cold presentation, Jacob threw up. He reacted so quickly without thinking that he tried to get up to puke on the floor, but he just ended up causing himself agonizing pain throughout his body which made him puke even more on himself and on the bed. After laying back down, Jacob screamed in agony. Tears instantly ran down his face as he yelled. The nurse, who was much more compassionate than the doctor, was alarmed by the young mans reaction. She quickly and carefully cleaned him up and changed his gown and bed sheets.

"Let me get you cleaned up i grab a basin fill it with water and cleaned you up then i change your gown once that is changed i carefully change the bed sheets blankets and pillow cases. now do you have any questions for me? can i get you something to eat? do you want some club soda for stomach?"

"Jacob are you alright? do you need anything? can i get you anything? just name it and i can get it for you. Now i just want to reassure you that while your here recovering from your extensive injuries you will get the best care in the world."

After checking his blood pressure temperature and pulse the beautiful blue eyed nurse and looked at the handsome young man and she said to him. In the most compassionate and loving manner.


"Jacob since you don't have any questions or comments for me i unfortunately have to check on some other patients. But if you need me for anything just ring this buzzer.

Hit the blue button and talk into it and i will be paged then i will come and check on you."

Then i reluctantly leave your room close the door behind me and place your chart into the holder on your door. i proceed to check on my other patients one at a time.

But i can't stop thinking about you and how much care you are going to need once your out of the hospital. "He is going to need so much help when he gets sent home. But he has no one to help him what the hell is he going to do?"

When she finished caring for the last patient on his list Erica went to the nurse's station checked on some of the other nurse's she knew then she went to the lunch room and drank a cup of black coffee.

She went to one of the nurse's sleeping stations and Tried to catch up on her sleep. Shedhad only been a sleep for a few moment's when one of the buzzer's in their went off. BUZZ!!!

So She raced out of the room and to the nurse's station as fast as her very shapely legs could carry her. When she got their she was out of breath after catching her breath, the beautiful nurse said which room is it? The nurse at the desk its room 2510.

Erica eyes bulged out of of her eye sockets and she said "Oh my god that's jacob's room!" So she ran as fast as she to the young man's room and burst through the door "Jacob whats wrong? are you in pain? are you hungry or thirsty? what's wrong?"

When Jacob said that he was lonely and asked her to keep him company for a little while Erica sat down in a nearby chair and she kept Jacob company. For the next couple of hours they talked and they talked then when Jacob fell asleep, Erica slipped out of his room quietly, then she went home got cleaned up laid out her clothes eat supper watched some T.V. then she went to bed and got some badly needed sleep.

The next morning Erica woke up, made her bed, got cleaned up, dressed and ate breakfast. When she finished eating the young nurse, grabbed her purse and drove to the hospital. When she reached her destination. She parked her truck went inside put her purse in her locker in the hospital locker room. Then she went to the nurse's station. So that she could get her patient assignment list as she reviewed she saw a special name. "Thank god i have Jacob Matthews!". Then she got to work caring for her patients.

After all of her other patients were taken care of Erica ran as fast as she could to Jacob's after asking him how he slep. The beautiful nurse ordered breakfast form him because he said that he was very hungry. When breakfast arrived Erice slowly fed him and she periodically gave him a few sips of Juice so he would not choke, once he was done eating Him morning Meal Eric covered his arms casts with two plastic bags, then she removed his gown and she gave him a sponge bath she washed ever inch of his body that she could with out making in severe injuries worse. Once he was completely and thoroughly bathed Eric put a clean gown on him then she changed his bed sheets.
