I know sweetie! I am in the same boat. I have to have a procedure done next Wed and as I was leaving the nurse said, oh yeah you have really good insurance it covers 100% but the place where they are going to do the procedure charges a $200 fee that has to be paid at that time.
Great insurance, then why do I have to pay the $200?!!! oh well, if it helps to figure all this out I guess it is worth it. My acid reflux is better than it was but not completely so trying some other things and if doesn't work then they will be adding another med to supplement the Prevacid. They also gave me a list of things I should avoid so as not to trigger the acid reflux, they might as well bury me! They do not leave much for me to eat!!!!!!!! Maybe if I go by that I will dry up and lose weight!!!! lol. Hope you have a great weekend. Glad to hear things are looking good health wise and like you said we will figure out something to cover the costs, we always do don't we? ((((((((((((Bear))))))))))

its great to hear that your getting better and ill say aprayer for you andmaybe they'll get it all fixed so you dont have to stop eating !!!!!, Im looking at about 1200.oo and medicare or my state insurace wont hep pay for any of it nice huh . well you have a beautiful weekend and good luck on wed, you'lll be in my thoughts and prayers hon

We went to the specialist today and he said that my son has to have to cpap to sleep with every night. They are ordering it and someone should call us. We have to go back 9/2. He also said that he did not want him to be on that for the rest of his life and that he desperately needs to lose weight. He, of course, put all the blame on me!
He said that he cannot have any sugars, bread, potatoes, fruit juices. That I needed to take him to a gym and get someone to train him how to use the equipment and make him exercise daily. Needless to say my son is very upset. He thinks he is going to just stop eating! I know how he feels, but know that that can not be done. Hope all is well with you. ((((((((((Bear)))))))))))))
