Do you do a vanity search on your username?

I don't, never did, but then again, I don't go into my pm's either, cause I'm lazy.

I'm also bad at going back into threads, which means I miss a lot of replies to me.

But if you do vanity search and nothing comes up, do you create stuff so your name does get talked about?

I'm interested in someone talking to or about me. I was surprised that it was called a vanity search because I thought it's just like picking up mail that's addressed to you.

I don't write my name and then search for it. That would be vain.

Oh! Yeah, I am always surprised to see such shenanigans. However vanity searching gets you posts you're mentioned in as well not just threads.
