Eeeeeeeeek. I live in NE CT and we just had storms....storms like I've never experienced. Even tornados!! Yikes..I hope everyone is okay...there is damage like crazy. We just got power back..it's weird we didn't lose it for very long.

Well we had a thunderstorm tonight, and it is still too damned hot!

Night air + my throat = extra illness the next day. Nooooooo!

Plus I can't stand a breeze on my skin when I'm trying to sleep.

Of course I haven't had a good night's sleep in about two weeks now. . .

I always have the blankets over my face. lol I think it's from living in an uninsulated house in minnesota - I learned to sleep with my face burried in the blankets.

And frankly I don't sleep much - but I get nice and cozy. No amount of cool rooms will keep my arms from going to sleep. I gotta find a new position every few hours.

Good morning everyone
Weather forecast for Germany for today is little rain, little wind, temperature down to between 11 C/51 F and 15 C/59 F.

I think I'm getting a cold after all (gracie, maybe you got some super strong long distance travel bugs). On thursday last week it still was around 35 C/95 F, how is one supposed to stay healthy if the weather changes that fast?

Anyways, all of you that are suffering from the heat, are welcome to visit

We're having a barbecue tonight (starting in ten minutes) and it's raining. A lot.
