BDSM words to live by.

I like to hit women during sex and not during sex.

Why would you come here just to post poison like this?

Do you mean to suggest that all BDSMers are abusers, that you yourself are an abuser, or are you just being an asshole?

If 1: take it somewhere else. Sweeping condemnations of BDSM aren't welcome here.

If 2: seek professional help, and soon.

If 3: You should know it doesn't exactly make you look good.

If there's another option that I'm missing, please, do explain.

The Spinaroonie

The Spinaroonie is the greatest thread ever known!

With SD412 at its helm, it cannot fail.

(Play along, RS, he goes away after racking up a few posts...and note he did withdraw his remarks. Keep your goat on its rope.)

Something for everyone.....

Plus...

....the Spinaroonie is quite a witty thread; each time I view it I get a chuckle or six.

And chuckles are good.

LC

chuckles are always good, and i've learned not to take anything he says completely serious after reading some of his other posts. all in good fun!

Yummy.

A Wetnhorny slave with a signature I learned off by heart as a child....yummy.

Nothing personal sd, but what is this doing here?

I really don't care how great it is on the GB. It's not appropriate to this forum.

With all due respect, I'll respond as I see fit.

Yes, of course you will.
As will everyone else.
Twas just a suggestion based on my observations.

As for "appropriate"...well, I think there's lots of thin ice to go around on that one.

Stay dry. Or was that wet? Darnit, sometimes it's hard to know where the pun really lives.

Cheerfully;

Wow.

These people don't play SD. They're very serious about their sex (if they ever get to it). Frowns and dour looks all around.

Hello Marxist.
Things slow over on the GB?

With all due respect to your opinions, i think we probably "get around to" sex with greater frequency than the average GB'er gets around to actually having some sex. I have nothing to back that up, of course - it's just a personal opinion.

Incidentally, we aren't dour and we aren't given to frowns. Not in the normal course of events, of course. We are, though, very interested in our forum remaining as it is. In other words, we have a decided preferance that the BDSM forum not become a GBII. We have a different purpose here, a different focus, a different set of priorities. We're given to slow and thoughtful reflection just as much as we laugh and make jokes and pun bad puns.

We don't flame, though, and we don't often engage in the kind of sibling rivalry that's so common in other forums. We really like our small, peaceful, and accepting corner of the Lit universe, and we like it as it is.

This place won't suit all posting needs, of course, or the style of all those who come looking. Such is always the way of any one place, is it not? In those cases, when what/who we are don't fit the needs of someone new to us, perhaps it's better for them to seek out places in which they feel more comfortable.

Peace.
We have it and we like it.
Peace be unto you, Marxist.

First of all, SD wasn't making many waves with his usual politically inciteful rhetoric. p_p_man has stolen his thunder and become the most hated political pundit on the GB. So sd picked up a new gig. "First post."

And, like Charles Manson, Sd is determined to bring it to the masses and began the inevitable war between the sexualities.

The best method for dealing with "First post" is to ignore it and to ignore sd. Unlike Yoyotwat, SD will go away given sufficient cold shoulder.

Marxist just wants to piddle. Ignore him, too.

Take it from an inveterate fighter, there can only be a flame war if there are two to fight each other. Kill the flamers by ignoring them. They will go away.

Of course, flame wars are properly a part of the General Board. I see no reason why they oughtn't be moved there. ;)

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

slave, may I call you slut? (affectionately)

It's wonderful to see a slut who knows her bible:

"To you I lift up my eyes,
O you who are enthroned in the heavens!
As the eyes of sevants
look to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a maid
to the hand of her mistress,
so our eyes look to the Lord our God,
until he has mercy upon us."

Sandia.

And one more:

"Have mercy upon us, O Lord,
have mercy upon us,
for we have had more than
enough of contempt.
Our soul has had more than its fill
of the scorn of those who are at ease,
of the contempt of the proud."

So maybe we need rules, clarifications, a charter or two, and a test to decide who gets to post?

Please.

You're the moderator, wack away at all the crap and make sure it's never seen. It'll be fun. Like sex.

Forgot to add: Don't get wound up over SD. If you don't like something don't send it back to the top of the page by responding to it with all that RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION.

*Walks away humming Everybody's got their somethin'...*

If you're frightened of dying and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. but if you've made your peace then the devils are really angels freeing you from the earth.

Oh, god, girl, I love that movie... wish I'd gotten to that line first...

Oh, and did Homer Simpson really say that?
I think I missed that episode...:)
