Today I wronged Sir by a mis communication.. I didn't tell him what I was doing when I was suppose to. Now he would like me to think about how I am going to make it up to him by being disrespectful. I fail to see how connecting fun sexy times to a communication issue, would resolve the communication issue.

How about - "I'm very sorry I did XYZ, and I will be changing my behavior in ABC ways to make sure it doesn't happen again."?
