Thank you again Anelize for the suggestion, she got back to me with a few ideas which is great.

I need to know from everyone who is wanting to attend.
1. Do you want to do this Friday and Saturday night? Or just one night?
2. Is the 5th, 6th, and 7th, (of September) going to work?
and
3. If New Haven is alright?

If I can get those details set, I can start to set up some more definite plans.

Also, the way its going to with the hotel/motel. --
I'm going to try and find one in the area, that both has a swimming pool, hopefully a jacuzzi, and a breakfast in the mornings. I think those features would be nice, and I know Holiday Inn has some great places like that, that aren't to expensive.

As far as reservations, I can set up a place with one of the motels to get a discount for our group, and all of the rooms in a block next to each other, however, ... people are going to have to find the roommates they want, and make the reservation from there. Unforuantely there's just no way that I can foot a bill for a 2 or 3 (if not more) motel rooms, and then have things go haywire at the last minute.
Of course if people are wanting their own private room without any roomies thats all good too.

As an additional update, I'm hoping to have one of the sexshops, hopefully a kinky one. Sponser a toy party one of the nights. I think it could be a fun thing to do.... of course if you all aren't open to doing this, let me know and I'll stop the search for that.

I need to start making a list of people who are definitely going to go, so I can PM updates as the date gets closer.

Wow, thanks!! Now that is an offer which makes it even more inviting. ('') We are working on it....all depends on finances, time off work, getting tickets at short notice, and my guilt at leaving my 17 yo at home....but the temptation to come is strong as we would love to meet everyone, and we both agree it would be a perfect gift to ourselves for our upcoming first wedding anniversary on 23/8...so we are working it all out and will let you all know ASAP. OK, insomnia here. I was up browsing some hotels in the New Haven area and I found two that are very promising. Both offer a wide array of ammenities including indoor pool, breakfast included, spa and sauna, exercise room, etc. etc. etc.

The first is the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. With rooms ranging in price from $99.00 - $159.00 (not counting group discount)

The second is the Best Western Executive Hotel. It's room range in price from $89.10 - $109.00 (not counting group discount)

Does anyone have any preference here? Are these prices to much? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Those prices are actually single occupancy. There are two links in my last post that have rate information. It is of course best, and easiest if once the hotel/motel is decided upon, that everyone make their on reservations. I will be calling in the morning to see what I can negotiate in the way of a group discount.

Zaudika and I are both hoping to find the best place with great ammenities, at the cheapest price possible.


I can seek out cheaper places, such as a Days Inn, or Motel 6 if that is what everyone prefers. I am very much open to any and all suggestions.

OK, Zaudika found this great hotel online. I will be calling this morning. They have an indoor pool, continental breakfast, nice rooms... suites available too. This hotel is much cheaper than the previous two I looked into, and it offers a group rate.

i can't miss my class Saturday morning...but will definetely drive down with Sir by Saturday afternoon....and I guess are we staying over Saturday night?

I do not know if My sub can make it, but whatever room I have I am willing to share. So do not be shy if you think you do not want to shell out full room costs.

My 16 year old will be left at home, but it is not as far. She will be 17 on October 1st.
