Fun fact @Vitriolhack a tablespoon of peanut butter before bed (or a handful of peanuts) will help you sleep. Peanuts have L-tryptophan.. which most people know helps you sleep better.
Good tip, I never knew this!

Just so that we are clear, I’ll stay clear of peanuts in any form butter before our evening date. Just in case. 🤭
