Yup, agreed. I like the PL capability and the intuitiveness of their UI. It only sucks that they are not motivated offer more value/higher quality because they already have their customer base locked in. That's probably the only online service I'm paying for, but my patience has been wearing thin...

We do the family thing, I don’t tolerate commercials either. She pays the bill so I probably don’t want to know what the convenience is costing me. I’ve been on an Alanis thing lately.
