It's 4:36 am and this is my 2nd time waking up in the night.. per usual..

My sleep is all screwed up. I could be tired as hell but like last night couldn’t get to sleep till 3 or 4

Other nights I crash for like 2 hours then wake up and can’t get back to sleep till like 5 minutes before the alarm

Then there are the fun nights where I might ACTUALLY be sleeping but it doesn’t feel like it cause my brain never shuts off.
