I was in a dynamic that was good at times, and degrading at others.
Part of the degrading was calling me names that I didn't particularly like so when I hear that now after I'm done with the dynamic it actually brings back some memories.
Plus, being degraded was not really my kink but it was his so I let it go on for a long time because I was in sub mode and I wanted to please him.
And somebody we both know has come along and is trying to help me through feelings and better self-worth for myself.
