Amazing shots. Very sexy.

So amazing in fact that I decided to use my very first post to say so. What better compliment can I give? :)

Thank you very much. Cowtown, Ft Worth? Im just north of Dallas.

YepYep

Yep Dallas's little brother, and a much nicer place to live. A lot less traffic, better food, and more culture than you can shake a stick at.

not that I would shake a stick.

Yeah thats why I like Frisco. ;) Still country enough.

You must be REALLY north of Frisco. Last time I drove through there I thought I was driving in Houston.

I'm in West Forth Worth. It is nice to be able to drive just a few minutes and see blue sky, and nothing but grand vistas.

Damn. I have NEVER seen a Grand Vista in Texas. Yeah Im in the north part of Frisco. Just out far enough to be close to my horse who is lucky enough to be on 50 acres.

Really? There are hundreds, thousands of great vistas in Texas!

Surely on 50 Acres you must have enough trees, old fences, and barns to have seen at least one.

Granted North of Dallas isn't the most beautiful place in Texas. You should take a trip to East texas along the Dogwood trail, or take a weekend and check out Big Bend Canyon in West Texas. Some beautiful places to be seen.

Throw in one of those West Texas sunsets and I defy you to not say wow.

Having been born and raised in Washington state, Ive seen a lot of grand vistas in my time. I do need to get out and explore Texas more, granted. I have been to Galveston - that was interesting.

Sunsets- yes there are some magnificent ones here.

Never made it up to the Pacific Northwest. Too cold and rainy for my liking. Not too mention the monotony of it all.
I prefer weather that chnages so frequently that I never know what to wear in the morning. :p

At any rate I really loved your pics, and your attitude about posting them. Wish there were a hundred more like you. Cheers!

It sure doesn't take long to be pushed to the second page.

No biggie, people will find me if they want to. ;)

Of course people will seek you out, but nothing as beautiful as you should sink too far.

In my opinion, of course

Thank you very much for that compliment Spins. I wont sink too far, Im bouyant. ;)

Good line :)

Wish I had something as witty to reply with. Alas, I do not.

Instead I shall go for the obvious and ask how your evening is going?

My evening is going swimmingly....

Im eating chicken and rice and watching the Oscars.

How are you doing? What do you enjoy doing down in Cowtown? Are you citified or a country guy?

Oh, The Oscars. That's tonight?

I'm fine. Mentally preparing myself for the week ahead. You know how it is.

As for being citified. I suppose I am. I spent a great deal of my youth in the country doing country stuff (farming, working cattle, bailing hay), but I like my digital cable and DSL connection too much to be considered "country".

I get along just fine in the outdoors. I even prefer being outside, but I like the ability to go to the bookstore, or Best Buy, or wherever, and find what I want, when I want it.

What about yourself? Citified too?

Im a country gal living in a 'big city' atmosphere I guess. I love the outdoors, being with my horse, fishing (yes I can minnow my own hook). I also love bookstores, music, to laugh and to sing.

Well, your one up on me. I don't touch worms, minnows, or anything with gills unless I have absolutely no other choice. Fishing and me do not get along.

I stand as far away from peopel fishing as I can. I worry about getting "hooked" myself.

Not to mention the possibility of getting all wet. Getting lake or river water smell off of you is a huge process! I suppose i'm citified in that way too. Clean water with no smell, or yucky fish is a huge plus.

I tend to go fishing for the company and the beer. Not the fish. I don't eat water dwelling creatures.

I dont know many people here in Texas, let alone ones to drink beer with. So I go where I know I can. :) I sing in the car, in my office, in the shower, karaoke place, all over the place!
