I already do have back problems. It's not like... horrible pain, it's just annoying. The lower back right above the ass... It sucks. I plan on looking into it as soon as I graduate.

Sounds like it definately would be good to look into. Best to save your back now before it really starts to set in. I have a friend who has that problem now but she doesn't want the surgery done but now she's on painkillers daily for it. Choices choices....

Sorry to hear that you don't like your breasts and that youre having back problems. They look nice to me. Are they unusually large compared to the rest of your body? If so, that might be the cause of your back problem.
I too have lower back and leg pains, but its only because I have disc problems. Guess that comes with age LOL

Implants ( such a damn stupid thing to have imho ) can and do most times heal great without or very little scarring,, but do some research on reductions, I've seen a few that didn't heal well. One comment on breast reduction
Drs warn it can cause you to lose feeling in your nipples
I have a friend who had MUCH worse happen
they virtually remove your nipples in the course of the operation, and in her case they didnt' pack them properly when they sewed her up
As a consequence she developed infections that cost her both her nipples
she now has smaller breasts with just a mass of scar tissue where her nipples should be
Unless the size & pain are REALLY bad, I'd say just get a good support bra & a chiropractor
