Cipher... BIG SMILES!!!

Cipher thank you so much. I am healthy and no one would ever believe what I weigh if they really knew. I am loosing this weight because of my high blood pressure and I have scoliosis so I have back problems. I have been depressed over the last couple of years not being able to wear some of the clothes I used to. I am not looking to becoming smaller then a size 18 or 16. I didn't like my self anymore better when I was down that little. I need to walk and exercise more. And I do know a woman that is like you.. walks every day but is a BBW. In fact I would look more like her daughter then her daughter does! Please do not think I am fussing back at you. I always appreciate your opinion. Your openness is one of the main reasons I am here. You don't sugar coat anything and your honest to a "T"! I am just not happy with how I look right now... plus I have a leather skirt I am dying to get into again, dang it!! My poor poor neice is going to have a heart attack at the young of 12 when she finds out that is my goal. I am just glad my mom never let me get rid of it. For the last 7 years I have gained more and more weight working at a sit down job. Well I am tired and this weight that I have gained working at the hospital is leaving! Plus I was on Depo-Provera for 6 of those years, and that didn't help matters.


Whewww didn't mean to sound like I was on a "soap box" I just wanted you to know. I truly look to you for advice and appreciate all that you give I hope you and everyone understands.

Hi all, I am really new to this, and shy, but here goes. I was wondering the site and saw this post, and being a BBW myself, of course it caught my eye. Thank you Cipher for that great post yesterday. I have felt that way so many times. I am big, but very healthy, excersize, eat right (little or no meat as well) and love who I am. And have been blessed in the past with men who appreciated what and who I am.

It's been a little lonely right now, sometimes I know people don't see beyond the size, but I know I will find that next friend that gets to know me, and will find me attractive I am eternally optimistic.

Girl..i know what you mean..my grams and gramps passed away from complications of being diabetic..it's a serious thing when your overweight. I comend you in being wise, and taking care of you. My Daddy was diagnosed being diabetic when he was in his late 40's..48 to be exact..so he's been strict dieting for a few years now. Good luck to you and Mom in dieting! and i'm sure once you start losing and excersizing, you will go down a few sizes in the breast area. If i win the lotto..u know i got u on a breast reduction

ive been trying for over 2 yrs to get my dr to let me have one.. cuz if they can find proof that its hurting me physically.. then my medical wil pay for it.. but all the dr ive been to are just too damn dumb.. to see thats my biggest(no pun) problem lol and thats what is probally making my bark, neck and head hurt all the time.. but im surviving with the pain for now.. hopefully this diet crap will help lol

Anyways, yeah i totally agree with wanting to fit in a few outfits you used to..i'm all for it..we all want to look good. i don't have anything against anyone that does things for self..maybe you misunderstood me..what i don't like is people who lose weight because someone tells them too, and they lose weight to please other's and not themselves..that's what i was getting at..maybe i didn't make that clear enough in my previous post. What you're doing is great, and i'm happy you're doing this for you!!! I can't wait till you put yourself in that skirt and knock em dead!!!
Take ur time with the av's..no need to go out ur way hun!!!


DD, Yep, that prolly is what makes your back and neck and head hurt..amazing they haven't taken this seriously..but then again, those bastards don't know what it's like..

Hey Morning Cipher,

I just felt like I was going on and on....kinda rambling but sometimes what I think and what I type are two different things. What is in my mind and what comes out of my mouth seem bitchy. Or at least that is what others say... But then again sometimes when I am being bitch none of them know the wiser..lol I just wanted to make sure you understood though that I appreciated your words.

I am doing this for myself this time. I have a great doctor now who is encouraging me but not being a little prick about it. He wants me to loose this so I can come off my blood pressure medicine and so that in case I end up with diabetes like my mom. But then again he said he will never put me on a diet. I laughed when he said I could have my candybar but not all of it...lol I thought yeah right... a woman take one bite of chocolate and says "Ok, I'm done!" Sometimes men just don't think! But also on the topic of health, this past summer I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I knew it was time to make some changes in my life. And since I am talking about my health I will be totally up front about the rest. There was a small spot on my mammogram which they think is just a lymph node inflammed that they are watching. I have a really great "woman" doctor who took great care of my mom with her lump. So I know I am great care!

Well that is it in my medical history, well except for that.. oh ok I have a huge wart on my nose too that always gets bigger around Halloween!!! LMAOO J/K!

On what you girls were talking about weight..I have been on a diet since January..I am doing this for me and I will always be a BBW because I have big bones because it runs in my family..But I have to share with everyone how much weight I have lost as of this morning. I am so proud of myself...Okay here goes.....I have lost 74 pounds now!! YAY..I am so proud..This is what I have been working on for a long time now..I needed to do it for myself and because I have rods in my back..But I had to share with my family here!! es to everyone!
