Hmmmm, I think I understand what you are trying to say here. It is your opinion that because a person posts their picture on Lit then they are fair game for any and all comments that another person makes about them. Unfortunately I think you misunderstand one of the basic principles of Lit specifically and adult (adult in this case meaning mature, reasonable not pornographic) interpersonal communication as a whole. Those principles are respect and responsibility.

Just because a person CAN make a rude, crude or demeaning comments about people doesn’t mean that you SHOULD make them. “Free speech” automatically comes with a responsibility for the things we say. You are welcome to your opinion, however, you should think about the effect of your words before you choose to share them. If you choose to say something (because you can) then you should be prepared, as you so aptly put it, to accept the comments of others both good and bad. In other words, since you have chosen show your rear end by your rude and immature comments then you should not be surprised or offended when others choose to respond in kind to you (because they can!).

If for some reason you are compelled to express a constructive criticism then it should be done in an encouraging, polite and positive manner. Your “constructive criticism” was not constructive, it was certainly not polite and it was not positive; it was hurtful, mean and immature. Therefore, it should simply be discounted. In the future if you wish to be listened to then you may wish to consider what you are saying before you blurt it out. In other words, if you can’t say anything positive then you probably shouldn’t say anything at all
