I don't club like i used to, i'm pushing 40, those days are over, but when i do go out, oh yeah i can hang like i used to LoL

I'm good! Feeling really good. Funny how one's outlook can change when one's self perspective (for lack of a better word) changes.

Not to go off on a rant. But all summer I have been in this weird self hate mode. I have been struggling with eating habits and trying to work out an exercise program, etc... All under the guise of losing weight. But you know what. Fuck it! I'm done.

And then the funniest thing happened. I found a running program that looked like fun. Maybe because I looked at it simply for fun, not as a way to take off the pounds but simply as a way to get out and do something. Does that make sense? I think I am still trying to work it all out in my head.

But I am throwing out the scales and ripping the labels out of my clothes. Fuck it! Hubby likes me as I am, I need to get to liking me as I am too. :D

You can still be a healthier you at any size. I walk a few times a week and go boxing. I enjoy that! (punching guys in the face..uhh hell yeah) LoL :D

Ha ha. My dad is retired Army! Girl, I'm starting to Prince Albert should be scared if we ever did meet up. lol

I've thought about boxing. All I've ever been able to find are "boxing like" exercise routines. But if I'm gonna do it I want to really box, ya know? I want to be able to really beat the shit out of something. Oops did my bloodthirsty side show through a little bit? :eek:

This is why Dad hooked me up with a few guys at the gym, it's really fun, and they treat me like one of the guys, they know if they think about "looking" at me, Dad will beat the shit out of them..LoL I for real hit them, my boxing partner Kyle, when he met me didn't want to wear a headguard because according to him, i hit like a "girl" anyway, well he regretted that when i split his lip clear open..LoL Stitches and all ;)

I may be only 5ft, but what i lack in height, i make up for in insanity LMFAO!! (jk)
I'm Brooklyn born and raised, i know how to throw a few punches, & take them. Dad made sure we could "scrap" at an early age.


Albert should be scared LoL Crazy ass ladies like us :D
