Its easy to find what you are looking for in Barcelona. Just ask the hotel staff. I think you'll find the people there pretty open minded.

Sitges

Sitges is about 20 min train ride outside Barcs, very gay friendly (and family for that matter) Nude gay beech by the marina so if you don't find what you want in Barcelona. Oh, and keep a tight hold on your purse, fair bit of pickpocketing /bag snatching.

In Barcelona the favorite lesbian bar is D-Mer which is smallish and known for good music. Kiut Disco is similar but bigger.

Watch out for pickpockets dressed as bullfighters. It's a common ploy that gets tourists and others unfamiliar with local criminal elements.
