You could try the snail/mail email option to contact her. Send a personal message through the system from one of her stories (not a post praising her work, the contact author message). It will (eventually) forward the message to her, and if she wishes to, she will contact you. You might try a message to her through here. Though if she hasn't responded to repeated inquires on here about her, probably will never see it.
