Bank of America Gets Pad Locked After Homeowner Forecloses On It

Collier County, Florida -- Have you heard the one about a homeowner foreclosing on a bank?

Well, it has happened in Florida and involves a North Carolina based bank.

Instead of Bank of America foreclosing on some Florida homeowner, the homeowners had sheriff's deputies foreclose on the bank.

Love it!

I got screwed out of $3.60 by BofA. I was mad as hell, mostly about the way I was treated and not so much about the $3.60. I tried to get Kenneth Lewis arrested for petty theft. Alas, the scumbags were probably too busy pimping for they mama.

I saw the story the other day and had to laugh.

Apparently the people bought the house in cash and never had a mortgage, but the Bank, in their confusion saw that they had never made payments and pushed foreclosure.

The Judge made the Bank pay them for the legal costs, some $2300, but the Bank welched on the judgment, until the Law was convinced to buck the System.

I think the Judge should have charged the Bank President with attempted theft, at least and sent his ass "Up the River" for four or five years. That would have sent a message to the pinstripe crowd.
