He/She's right, and that's true. Sperm are sensitive to temperature and that's why they are positioned outside the body. Also why wearing boxers is better for fertility than briefs.

But my point is that those sperm are so tiny that you can't even see them without a microscope. Everything else in your semen comes from glands inside your abdomen, not your balls. So there's almost no measurable change in ball size after an ejaculation.
