Just finished up a batch of dark chocolate brownies with white chocolate chips mixed in. (Yes, I know, white chocolate isn't real chocolate. It still tastes good!) Nothing like baking on a cold rainy day. :)

Any personal favorites?

Hmm, never tried them.

(Is that the leader of the Greens from Alpha Centuri?)

Yes, Lady Deidre Skye. Running it in another window. I just love mind worms, what can I say. Never saw the point to playing any other faction when you can START with the ability to hijack the most powerful weapon on the planet, but that's just me.

I haven't played that game in years. I always liked the regular Civ more.

I love the voice acting. Total nerd. This shit AND destroying everything with the Locusts of Chiron makes me hot:

Man's unfailing capacity to believe what he prefers to be true rather than what the evidence shows to be likely and possible has always astounded me. We long for a caring Universe which will save us from our childish mistakes, and in the face of mountains of evidence to the contrary we will pin all our hopes on the slimmest of doubts. God has not been proven not to exist, therefore he must exist.

ooooh so many! I like trying out new recipes all the time, some of the recipes I make over and over again :

Delia Smith's never fail sponge buns

Scones

Chocolate oatmeal cookies

those are probably the top three *L*

My mom's pecan pie is definitely droolworthy.

And what a coincidence! I have three pecan trees in my yard! Imagine that. ;)

I already knew I loved you cloudy, but now I know for sure. Pecan pie is my favorite food on earth. I haven't had a good one in 2 1/2 years. It's terrible I can't eat real ones any more. Sugar free just leaves a lot to be desired.

*hugs* *lick* *cuddle*

Blueberry scones, or buttermilk scones

apple sturzzle (terrible spelling I'm too tired to really care)

chocolatchip cookies

Oh and breads, I love to make breads. I've been feeling the itch to make my great grandmother's Irish soda bread for a while now.

Are you talking to eat or to make?

To make: pies. Any sort.
Bread.
cookies
biscuits
cake

To eat:
SOURDOUGH bread - preferably a wheat and oatmeal blend
snickerdoodles
chocolate chip cookies that are about 3/4 chocolate and nuts
fudge marble cheesecake (rich as hell - takes 3 blocks of cream cheese per layer)
my special recipe chocolate cake - known to stay moist enough to leave streaks on a plate a full week after being cut

Zucchini Bread! I haven't had that in forever.
Pineapple-filled cookies
Any type of chocolate brownies, or chocolate in general.

I'm not fond of sweets, but sometimes I crave cake batter. Weird.

I have a friend that does that almost constantly. It is weird, but it's damn tasty! :p
