I'd tell them it's time to make a decision, either sell it or don't.........and then explain your reasons. In the mean time I would look for another house because it seems like these people that you are buying the house from just want to play games.

well everything is done it's just the loan company Wells Fargo that drug their feet and now we have to go with another company. They said they'll do it but it won't be till another week cause all of the paper work.

cuz they're not looking out for the customer. Some loan companies do drag their feet once they think they've got you where they want you. They know you don't want to keep looking around, so they think they can do what they want. I was in the mortgage loan business for over 10 years...
there are good ones... and then there are ones like this one
