bad experience

NASTY! He should have made sure he was clean. Maybe even asked if he could ""freshen up" before anything got started... I think the ideal for a meeting for sex is to start the festivities with a shower. That way you break the ice and make sure both of you are sqeaky clean. Besides, rubbing soap all over eachother can be a fun way for things to start!
 
Had A Experience At Work

Several of my employees complained about the body odor of a fellow employee so I hada talk with him. He was always neatly dressed and seemed well groomed and said he showered every morning before work. He when to his doctor and the doctorrecommended that he take zinc, which actually solved the problem. This was the first and last time I ever heard such a thing.

I do however think that the vast majority of the smelly people just don't wash themselves properly, and its as simple as that!

Women (and I think they will agree) sometimes don't want their guy to go down on them because they worry about not be fresh enought! I always suggest a shower together if possible and that makes us both more assured, plus its fun to wash each other's bodies.
 
I don't understand why anyone who was meeting someone in public, be it a hook up or a date not be as clean as possible. I went out a couple of weeks ago with a woman, I showered, shaved and made sure I was nice and clean before I met her. I don't like leaving the house to do the grocery shopping etc without showering first. It just seems to me to be the courteous thing to do for other human beings in the vicinity. I usually shower before work, unless I am starting very early in the morning and know I am going to get dirty...then I shower when I get home, before running errands.

Quite awhile ago I was talking a CPR class, we had a guy taking it...swore he showered maybe once a week. Some of the women in the class actually complained. I just steered clear of him.
 
I wash mine a LOT. lol

Being clean for a date is one of those things you don't even think to bring up because it's just a given you will want to look your best, no? You would have been justified in saying, "Wow, you stink dude. I'm outta here."
 
Why did you choose to meet that guy in particular? What was it about him online that made you want to meet him out of all the guys you could potentially meet?
 
It's just wrong in so many ways.

Getting showered and smelling nice is all part of the ritual for me.

Hell i don't know what he was thinking......whenever i meet someone new im always super clean and freshly shaved and smelling good! ...on the face and below. heck if its one of my kinkier friends ;-) ill have an enema as well.
 
This might not be the right place for this (sorry OP, I hope it's ok) but since there are a lot of women here and since a man smelling nice is obviously very important for a woman what can a man wear to make him smell appealing for the whole day?

I ask because I use a body wash, then Aramis aftershave and after about an hour I can't smell it. Should I assume that women can still smell me, or do I need something else that lasts longer? Sometimes I walk past someone at work and he smells really good and I consider asking what he's wearing... but how weird would that be right?

So what do you think?

I think in most cases since you are the one wearing it, you get used to the scent after a bit, however, other people can still smell it though.

I notice after awhile that I stop smelling my perfume, but people comment on how good I smell. Additionally, as a female, I layer scent and that makes it last longer. I try to buy perfumes that have shower gel, body butter or lotion, the perfume, etc. That way I can layer it and I smell yummy for the whole day.:rose:
 
Some scents work better for certain people too. Chemistry and pheromones definitely have an effect.

so paranoid myself have charged electric toothbrush on hand in car! Keeps restless passengers amused as well.

Guy sounds doomed to be lonely if he doesn't lift his game?!
