Bad end for kingdom is a happy one.

So for Geek Pride Day I'm wanting to write (no, I'm seriously writing this time) a story where it starts where a fantasy story's bad ending has just occurred but it turns out to be a happy one for the characters.

For example:

1. The kingdom lays in shambles as orcs lay siege to the castle. Only thing is, the serfs are perfectly happy to see the monarchy go. So many of their men were sent off to die in pointless wars and th nobles abused their servants, so the serfs are happy to join with the orcs and celebrate in a massive orgy, thus joining their peoples together.

2. A princess is kidnapped by an evil sorcerer. While she escapes, she runs into a band of horny goblins. Only thing is, she doesn't mind. While heroes battle above them, she is enjoying a blissful life of nonstop fucking with lovers who treat her the same as anyone else and have little taboo.

What other bad endings could be spun into happy, lusty endings?

I remember seeing an alternate version of Little Red Riding Hood, where the big bad wolf says, "I've just killed your Grandma, and now I'm going to kill you!"

LRRH spreads her legs and says, "No you aren't; you're gonna EAT ME just like it says in the book!"

I'm generally not into fantasy stories, so my imagination may be a little limited here. But I like the idea of a kingdom that has destroyed, pillaged by a marauding army. The king and many of the noblemen are killed, leaving the serfs and the noble women, whose lives are now in shambles. Not to miss their opportunity, the serfs band together and collective take ownership of the noble women, reducing them to their servants and sex slaves. Some of the young princesses and noble girls are of course aghast at what lays ahead, some even threatening suicide rather than being taken by a serf. Only when the eldest daughter of the king returns from a particularly rough gangbang by the serf men with a huge smile on her face, all the young ladies start jumping at the opportunity of being taken next (of course I can't help but think of the convent scene from Monty Phython's The Holy Grail!). Even the serf women join in, enjoying using the noble women as their servants, making them work topless, humiliating them and their bodies, having them "serve" them with a good licking in the morning and again in the evening. As the young noble boys come of age (naturally) they too are used by the former serfs, such that they actually enjoy their new role in society. On public holidays, shows are performed where former nobles copulate for the community as they cheer on. As a collective, the former nobles are shared and circulated, any being available to whomever desire her or him. A new kind of society is formed...
