Bacon anyone?

Made a couple o' classic BLT sammies for din-din last night. They were divine. :D

I'm more likely to die from a wacko gun-loving nutjob than I am from bacon at this point in time.

I'm not too worried about either of them...but I am trying to get a couple pounds off...only 4lb over 2 years ago, but some of those recipes are 4lb of bacon alone...

And now I'm hungry as hell...dammit!

4lbs of bacon is a leeeeeeeetle crazy...best parse that stuff out over a couple of weeks and try to compliment it with bowl o' leafy greens or steamed squash or somethin'. :D

They're probably connected in some mysterious way, as is the case with everything on Earth. However, I can control my consumption of bacon. Odds are more against me when considering a twitchy trigger finger who's having a bad day and has nothing to lose in making a point.

I'd make them a righteous BLT sammich and then they'd forget about all that hate, I reckon.
 
For gatherings or holidays, I mix diced bacon pieces in cream cheese and spread it on celery sticks.

It's an easy little side dish. And it's tasty.

As for the guilt factor; hey, it's on celery!

See! Even you know bacon is a common thread. Make me a bacon sammich and I know we are basically brothers underneath it all.
 
I may be on the elliptical and the bike a little longer this weekend but I foresee bacon in my life tonight...

McDonald's has a good sandwich right now. It's Chicken BLT. Get it grilled and without the sauce and it's not to bad for you.
 
It's Saturday tomorrow and I'm going to have a bacon, mushroom and egg sandwich on toasted oaty bread, with dash of Worcestershire and smear of mayo. Because that's what Saturdays are for. Bacon sarnies.
 
I had cod the other night wrapped in a coat of bacon. Pan fried.

Delicious.
 
The bread with the steak and bacon inside then squashed looks yum.
 


The bacon bits on top of my pizza are about to go down my gullet— extra sharp cheddar cheese, pepperoni and bacon bits.

I'm salivating and can't stop drooling— two minutes to go.
