What is the relationship of the 3 people? I think the camera person is the GF of the guy in the video. She calls him 'babe' but sometimes 'this guy'. Assuming she is the GF, why is she filming him fucking another girl?

In my opinion the watcher is with the blonde. She looks at him to make sure he is watching and to make sure he is ok with what she's doing.

I was torn between the guy being the camera woman's BF and him being someone they picked up for sex. To me it's sexier that he is a pick-up. Not sure why, but I like that interpretation.
