I'm trying to remember if I've ever stayed in a backpackers hostel and not had sex with someone. No, I don't think I have.

They must be the best place to pick up an exotic sex buddy in the known world, and if you can get over your fear of the fact that about sixty people in the dorm can hear you fucking, and over the fact that the next morning you'll have 60 pairs of eyes looking and laughing at you, then it can be a fantastic experience.

I've done it in a communal dorm setting, 12 rows of bunkbeds. A woman I met that afternoon.

I dont understand the STD thing though, you're just as likely to get the creeps from a girl/guy you've known for years as a stranger. Bag it up! You sacrifice a little bit of pleasure to know that if she has the anything you are less likely to catch it, and same for her.
